each group gets a max total of 20 min, including the change over and any technical delays
- if you have a technical delay it is forgivable, (but you still do not have a time extension) if you do NOT have a back-up plan, it is unforgivable
- if one of your group members is late you have the option of proceeding without them, or go at the end of the afternoon after all other groups have gone - you will lose one mark as a penalty
- if a student is sick, they don't have to attend, AND they do not have to tell me in advance, - if you are sick you are sick
- BUT the rest of the group is expected to cover off their material (this is a real-life requirement in corporate presentations)
- students who are NOT presenting are require to attend - you are not allowed to walk in late
- if you are late, wait until the presentation ends, and enter during the change over
- students who are not presenting may eanr class participation marks for comments
- MAKE SURE you clearly and slowly pronounce your last name if you have any doubt as to whether the prof knows your last name
