Tourism is one of the worlds most highly automated industries. Travel web sites receive more hits than many other web sites. This course will review the electronic distribution of travel products, including B2B and B2C. In addition, students will research various web sites to discuss issues such as web site design, user friendliness, security ? privacy, and marketing effectiveness. Students will also be taught how to make a basic working website which could be used for a real tourism agency...
