about the influence of the 4Ps and the 6Es.
Example
#6 is Testimonials, you could say "In 2018, Testimonials are more easily
done these days from mobile devices that incorporate information from people
having been to the location of the vendor..."
And
they ask you to rate things such as Parking, speed of service, friendly
staff etc.
Example #8 Shipping - you could say that in 2018 it is possible for sellers to tell the customer the exact location of the package in transit on the way to the customer's address, by use of GPS technology incorporated into the packaging
