Using the newspapers and the internet, research and describe what you would do in the first 2 steps of the New Product Development Process for a new product / service you might think of.

• Describe the process of coming up with an idea in Step 1
• Discuss the things you'd do to come up with a new original idea
• List the sources and resources you'd try to use to get the info you need in Step 2
• Discuss (narrate) how you would go about doing Step 2

Type up the answers on 2 or 3 sheets, hand in next week
Your report must have an appropriate cover sheet with the name of the product / service and full names of all group members - properly spelled correctly
