Hi, my name is Tim and I'm in Scarborough (Toronto)
If you are looking at this page it is because I'm trying to find someone who can help me with bending some steel pipe to finish my custom bumper and grill for my 2002 TJ

What it has ended up looking like so far
STAGE 1
STAGE 2

taken June 30th , 2004 after Stage One complete
- made the bumper myself from bending some 1/4 "' tredplate and bolted it on in to the existing holes
want to weld two shackles on to the front

- I have the shackles themselves, I just need someone to fabricate the bulge with the hole, so I can weld it on to the bumper

.
STAGE 3
What I designed it to look like when finished
Need someone who has a pipe bender to help me make the pieces so I can weld together the grill guard as you can see in the "made up" pic to the left

Then I will re-position my extra lights as you can see in the pic

.
this view, on an angle, shows how I had the tred plate folded to form the bumper and how I got the second piece up top to protect the other parts. Fastened it with holes through into the original holes for the bumper on the frame

mounted the license plate on the grill instead of the bumper, for now

The following images are for my reference in planning future mods

I like this shape a bit, but I won't be putting on a winch for a year or more

I like the way this wraps around on the side
nice, but it is for a lifted jeep, and mine isn't
