ISP MATRIX IEC 702's Matrix of ISP services for individual and SME business in Ontario

The criteria for selection was to have
representative ISPs from the following categories

1. large ISPs that operate nationally
2. medium/small ISPs that operate regionally
3. ISP service provided by cable TV companies
